Hello there!

     I'm Marlen! Founder, owner, and creative expert behind the Virtual Analyst Solutions. 

     I'm a graduate of the University of Florida where I majored in Business Administration with a specialization in Mass Communication. Throughout my early career, I found a passion for analyzing business models from a macro level. I find that there is nothing better than seeing a business's operation from a birds eye view. From there, we can deep dive into each part of the business to find process improvements and root causes to inefficiencies holding you back. 

     Throughout my time as an Operations Analyst at a custodial bank, I learned that I love to solve problems, organize and automate processes, and delivering results with a high level of accuracy. Combining my skills with a passion to help others succeed, I decided to forge a service that can relieve small business owners of backend tasks so that they can focus on what's most important.
